Limited Time Retired Kit Preorder!
We have gotten tons of feedback recently from folks who found us only after one of our early kits retired. They have asked us (some with great insistence) to reintroduce our retired kits. After much consideration, many discussions, and some hard-fought alternative sourcing, we are excited to announce that we are opening a preorder for the three of our retired kits! That's right, from now until October 26th at 11:59pm EDT, you can preorder the original Homespun Holiday: All Bundled Up, Keepsake Ornaments II, or Scenic Snow Globes Kits!
But before I get to the details, I also wanted to give an update about the Snowy Friends Preorders. We just received the last of our restock orders yesterday and Sean is hard at work getting the kits fulfilled as we speak. We should have all of the orders shipped out early next week!
So here are the details for the retired kit preorders...
This is a preorder, so your kit will not ship for 6-8 weeks, but we will do our best to keep that timeline as short as possible.
All kits will come with their original contents including video access and Inspiration Guides!
The Homespun Holiday: All Bundled Up Kit will retail for $170 and will include all of the original contents of the kit. You can see the original introduction post HERE. And follow up inspiration posts HERE and HERE. You have your choice of the Cookie Party, Holly Hill, Rustic Cabin, and Ski Lodge Color Stories.
The Homespun Holiday: Keepsake Ornaments II Kit will retail for $170. You can see the original introduction post HERE and a follow-up post HERE. You have your choice of six Color Stories: Elegance, Frost, Jolly Holiday, Merry & Bright, Sugarplum, and Vintage Charm.
The Homespun Holiday: Scenic Snowglobes Kit will retail for $175. You can see the original introduction post HERE and a follow up post HERE. You have your choice of three Color Stories: Christmas Cheer, Festive Flannel, and Heirloom.
These preordered kits will only be available for a limited time (October 17-26th) and we do not have plans to release them again, so now is the time to order if these have been on your wishlist. We will not be stocking them in the store, so preordering is your only opportunity to purchase these kits.
FAQs!
Can I order other items from the store at the same time as my preorder?
Anything purchased with a preordered kit will ship when the kit is ready. If you want your other items to ship before the preorder is ready, you need to make a separate purchase.
Can I get a different Color Story than the ones listed as options?
No, I'm afraid not. The kits are only available in the Color Stories listed as options on the order page.
Can I change my mind about my preorder?
You are free to change your mind up until the preorder window closes. After that, all preorder sales are final.
Why can't I just buy the die?
These kits were all designed to be a full concept - everything you need is at your fingertips and of a quality that we believe will stand the test of time. When you buy a kit, you are also receiving access to, essentially, a video class with instructions, tips, and helpful explanations.
Are you going to have extras available in the store?
No. We are handling this reissue strictly on a preorder basis.
How long will it take for preorders to be ready?
We're planning on 6-8 weeks, but it could be much quicker (depending on all sorts of factors). We will be sure to post updates on our blog and Instagram account to keep you informed.
Why are the prices different from when the kits were originally released?
We wanted to keep the prices the same, but unfortunately, the cost of many of the materials and components of the kits have increased since these three kits debuted. We genuinely try to ensure that we are being mindful of the value you receive with our products, but we aren't going to be able to match the prices from four years ago.
I don't have to purchase now, right? You're going to do this again, right?
We do not have any plans to reissue these kits again in the future. If you want one of these three kits, this is your opportunity. We will not be stocking them in the store.
