Shipping policy
Poshta Design will make every effort to get your purchase delivered as quickly as possible.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the next business day. In the event of high business volume, Poshta Design may take up to 5 business days to complete and ship your order. We are not responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.
All domestic orders are shipped via either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority. Canadian orders are typically sent USPS International First Class mail, but UPS services may be used as a substitute. Most other international orders are shipped via UPS, although some may be sent USPS due to price fluctuations. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged once they leave our facility.
Poshta Design is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us. Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
For International orders, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that may by incurred as your package travels through customs. Your package will be marked with the proper customs documents with the actual value of the goods. We will not mark international orders as "gift".
Shipping costs are determined by value. Please note that gift cards do not count towards Free Shipping.

merchandise total $0.00 & above (before any discount codes) = $8.75 for USPS Priority
Canadian Shipping
merchandise total $0.00 - $74.99 (before any discount codes) = $15.00
merchandise total $75.00 - above (before any discount codes) = $22.00
All Other International Shipping
merchandise total $0.00 - $74.99 (before any discount codes) = $25.00
merchandise total $75.00 - above (before any discount codes) = $35.00
If your country is not listed on our list of available shipping options, we do not currently ship to your location. Please contact us at customerservice@poshtadesign.com and we will look into adding your country to our list of available locations.
When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped. We take extra care to package each order appropriately. All orders are well packed and ship with a packing slip. Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.
