Introducing This Year's Halloween Collection!

Good morning, everyone! Thank you so much for your warm reception to everything you've seen so far. Just a reminder that I'll be doing an Instagram Q&A about today's introductions this evening at 9pm ET. So get your questions ready. The fun is just beginning, so let's jump in to today's introductions!

First up, we have the Trick Or Treat Color Story. This Color Story, just like the others I shared yesterday, will retail for $53.

Halloween is so much more than the same black and orange year after year. Trick Or Treat adds in a splash of fun with pops of bold pink, lime green and playful teal. This Color Story includes Inkwell, Dahlia Blossom, Clementine, Gecko, and Cascade felt.

This Color Story includes five rolls of 100% wool felt measuring 5"x36." The felt won't pill and stays vibrant over time. It die cuts beautifully and gives your projects a luxurious feel. 

Also included are five skeins of matching 6-strand cotton thread to take the guesswork out of your creative time.

You also receive a carefully curated assortment of seed beads and sequins in a handy storage box. The box is durable, but with easy access so you can take your projects on the go without the hassle of juggling plastic baggies full of embellishments. Next, we have the Poison Apple Details Die (retails for $20).

This Poison Apple Details Die is so charming you don’t even need to be a fairytale princess to fall under its spell. This die adds a slightly spooky twist to your Autumn Apple shapes making it perfect for Halloween.

We have another add-on to an existing favorite with the Gingerbread Friends: Skeleton Details Die (retails for $18).

This Details die transforms our Gingerbread Friends from cookie cuties into smiling skeletons with just a couple of simple steps. You’ve never seen a bag of bones look so darn cheerful!

Please Note: The Gingerbread Friends: Skeleton Details Die coordinates with the Gingerbread Friends Die. This die does not cut the full gingerbread shape, only the skeleton details and bone shapes.

And, lastly, we have the Eerie Apothecary Die (retails for $32).

Do these vials contain healing elixirs or powerful potions? The choice is up to you! The Eerie Apothecary die set includes three bottles, three shaped labels, and a handful of spooky embellishments to dress up your flagons. These draughts have Halloween flair, but don’t count them out for Valentine’s Day. There could be a secret love potion hiding inside. There’s really only one way to find out. Drink up!

I'm excited to share what I've been up to with these new dies, too! It has been so much fun to make a few creepy-cute creations.

Let's start today with a trio of ornaments I made to hang on the little decorative tree that I keep in our dining room.

If you've been around a while you might recognize this tree from my Easter egg ornament posts. It's sort of empty for most of the summer (assuming I remembered to take down the Easter eggs), so I used the Poison Apple Details Die to give my apples a bit of Halloween flair!

The one I made for Tilly uses a Cardinal apple and Peridot overlay. The one I made for Sean uses a Peridot apple and Inkwell overlay. And, finally, the one I made for myself uses a Gecko apple and Cardinal overlay.

I monogrammed the back of each ornament with the Monogram Alphabet and added a few beads and sequins for some interest. These are so fun and I'm really glad to have another reason to decorate my little tree!

I'm really looking forward to having these out for Spooky Season.

Another seasonal decoration I'm excited to have hanging in our home is this Halloween garland!

I love a garland and these products all went together so well I decided to combine everything into a perfectly not-too-spooky window embellishment.

I used the Trick Or Treat Color Story to create this garland (along with a couple of additional colors - Monarch, Vintage Glass, Peridot, and Tundra). I love how vibrant and fun these colors are!

The Dahlia Blossom potion bottle was embellished with a bat and some teal sequins. I love that the sequins on these bottles look almost like bubbles.

The Clementine bottle has a skull label and the "XXX" to ensure everyone can see the danger! I used Monarch to get subtle contrast in the stopper. Note the teeth on the skull. The "holes only" die includes two rows of holes to make these stitches a snap.

The Cascade bottle also features a bat on the label. There is a "holes only" bat die, but since I knew I was going to be overlapping the label with the bat wings, I chose not to use it this time. If you were attaching the bat directly to one of the bottles though you could use the placement die to make it even easier. I went with a Vintage Glass Stopper for this bottle.

The Gecko bottle showcases another skull, but this time I used an "X" stitch instead of the straight teeth stitches to switch up the look. I love how that pop of black also ties everything together.

I centered the Poison Apple on the garland, making it a bit of a focal point. The Gecko layered on top of the Inkwell is sort of sinister! I wanted another pop of darker green, so I added a Peridot leaf.

I also used both the lady and gent skeletons, one on each side. I love that the Skeleton Details die works for both shapes. It's a two-fer!

This garland is so festive! It's going to make a wonderful addition to my studio during the Halloween season this year.
