It's Release Day!

Good morning! It's release day (the new release will be available here on our website at Noon EST) and that means we get to announce some winners!

We have one randomly selected winner from each day of introductions.

And I have one last project to share with all of you! I wanted to make a set of ornaments using the Autumn Apple and the new Perfect Pear and Peachy Keen Dies.

These three just seem to really go together so well. I'm calling this my Orchard Ornaments set.

I used Red Currant, Cocoa, and Cactus felt on the apple. I did some very simple embellishing with dark red sequins and beads (these are from Heirloom).

On the pear, I used Cactus along with Conifer and Truffle felt. I stuffed all of these with quilt batting so they have a little depth without being too rounded. The sequins on the pear are also from Heirloom.

And finally, I used Sweet Nectar, Paloma, Truffle, and Conifer to create the Peachy Keen ornament. I love how different this pear can look depending on the colors. This one is soft and peaceful while the one I shared the other day using Coral Reef and Marmalade is bright and cheerful. The sequins on the peach came from the Festive Flannel Color Story.
