Introducing This Year's Holiday Decor Collection!

Good morning, everyone and welcome back to Day 4 of our Holiday 2025 new release introductions! Our release will go live on our website at Noon EDT on Saturday, October 4th, but I will be going live on Instagram this evening at 8pm EDT to answer any questions you might have about today's introductions. Let's get to it!

Today is all about decorating for the holiday season! We have a handful of new dies to share that are bound to get you in the seasonal spirit. First up, we have the Candy Cane Heart Details Die (retails for $18 - coordinates with the Basic Heart Die which retails separately for $17).

This details die quickly creates a sweet candy heart design on the coordinating Basic Heart Die with one simple stitch. You won't believe how fast these come together!

Next up is the Fancy Flakes Die (retails for $38).

This layered snowflake is delicate and lacey with an optional separate core that shows through the teardrop openings. Or leave the core out to create tiny windows though your snowflakes for an even more ethereal feeling. The small snowflake can be layered on the center of the larger snowflake to create a dimensional design or used completely on its own to create tiny flurries on wreaths and smaller trees. Add sparkle with sequins and beads to make the lights on your tree dance as your snowflakes twirl.

And finally, we have the Basic Baubles Collection. These dies come in three sizes so you have so many options!

The Small Basic Bauble Die (retails for $20) creates a 3D ornament that will look beautiful on your wreaths, garlands, and Christmas trees year after year. The segments can be decorated with either the embroidered stripe design or layered design included in the die.

The Medium Basic Bauble Die (retails for $32) creates a 3D ornament that will look beautiful on your Christmas trees year after year. The segments can be decorated with either the embroidered vine design or layered design included in the die.

And lastly, the Large Basic Bauble Die (retails for $50) creates a 3D ornament that will look beautiful on your Christmas trees year after year. The segments can be decorated with either the embroidered medallion or layered design included in the die.

Whew! There's some really fun stuff in there. Let's see what the ladies have to share with you today!

I love how vibrant Audrey's ornaments are! I always soften bright color with plenty of white, but she goes all-in on the color and I love how bold her designs are as a result. Make sure to check out her Instagram to see even more!

I love that Lisa went with red candy canes with white stitched stripes. It gives her ornaments such a wonderful pop of color and it is so eye-catching! Check out her blog for all the details!

I really love how Mary stitched her candy cane stripes with narrow ribbon instead of thread. It gives the stripes more body and really makes them stand out. And the scallops around the heart?! What a perfect complement! Check out Mary's Instagram to see even more of her incredible ornaments.

I have been so excited to share these with you, so let's get to it!

How about we start with Fancy Flakes? I love how delicate and lacy these snowflakes turned out.

I made three ornaments in all different styles using just this one die! I used the new Dancing Lights Color Story for this set of ornaments.

This Glacier ornament doesn't use the optional insert, so you can actually see through the snowflakes. I used a Tundra circle layered under the iridescent sequin in the center just to give it a bit more weight and texture. I also sewed a jump ring into the outer perimeter of the snowflake rather than sew in a crochet thread loop. Then, I created a hanger with a loop of silver baker's twine. It's so delicate and lovely!

This ornament uses both the insert and the small snowflake to create loads of texture and peeks of color. It's also a little difficult to see, but I bedazzled the heck out of this thing with beads everywhere. It really sparkles!

This final ornament is stuffed. I used a chopstick to help push the fluff down into each arm of the snowflake (don't push too hard though, or you can warp the eyelets and the insert layer can push through the openings). I think this chubby little snowflake turned out super cute!

Next up, I have a set of monogrammed Candy Cane Heart ornaments. I used the Giftwrap Color Story on these.

It's turned into a bit of a tradition that I create a set of coordinating family ornaments. I thought these would be perfect for this year's set.

For Sean's ornament, I cut the heart base from Parsley and stitched on Tundra candy canes with DMC #498 (our match for Crabapple). I added a Crabapple Monogram Alphabet letter and a few sequins for a bit of personalization and sparkle.

Tilly's ornament was very similar, except that I used Vintage Glass in place of the Parsley.

Now, I did mine a couple of days later and in the meantime I had an idea. I thought I might be able to give the candy canes two colors of stripes if I just alternated the thread colors and it worked! So I used DMC #3832 and #699 to give my candy canes pink and green stripes on a Crabapple background. How fun!

Next up, I have several ornaments and a garland to share using the Basic Baubles Collection. I can't tell you how much I love these ornaments. They're truly fun to put together. Let's start with my garland. I used the Cozy Christmas Color Story for all of the following projects.

No, I would not normally hang a garland on an old, rusty rake, but I had a heck of a time figuring out how to display the darned thing.

I used the Small Basic Bauble to create twelve (yes, I said twelve) baubles. I embroidered two sides of each one and used solid Conifer panels on each one to give an alternating effect.

Does it take a long time to sew twelve embroidered baubles? You bet your sweet bippy it does, but we have another similar garland that I made several years ago that looks as great today as when I first made it. So I expect that we will be enjoying this one for many, many years.

The other garland that I made usually lives on this banister during the holidays (which is why there are already hooks here), but I wanted something longer to use on the 11' mantle in our living room. I don't have hooks up for that yet though, so this one is just going to look extra drapey for now. I strung the baubles with Tundra, Cardinal, and Poolside 2.5cm wool felt balls. I really love this and I can't wait to put it up this year!

I am also really excited to hang the rest of the baubles I made!

This one is a Medium Bauble cut from Precious. I used Conifer and Soft Jade elements in the layering and then embellished with a few red beads. I created a hanger by sewing through a 1cm Cardinal ball. The crochet thread continues all the way through the center of the bauble with a knotted loop at the top (the knot sort of recoils back into the bauble when you tie it off, so it just looks like a smooth loop at the top. I did the same thing with all of the baubles I'm sharing today.

This is the other design you can create with the Medium Bauble. I stitched and embellished all of the panels before sewing them together. I really love this one. It might be my favorite of the baubles I have made so far.

This is one of the Large Bauble designs. That modern snowflake is so fun! And it really has so many places that are ripe for embellishment. I started with a Poolside base for this bauble. Then I used a larger wool ball for the hanger, but the general mechanics are the same.

And finally, I thought it might be fun to layer two different sizes together to make one oversized ornament. So for this one I stacked a Large Cardinal Bauble with a Small Soft Jade Bauble. I also tied the two together visually by using the circle element on both baubles (it is actually only part of the Small Basic Bauble Die). I love all of the sparkle and pops of color connecting the two elements. I think they look really fun stacked like this!

Thank you so much for joining me today! We have so much more to show you tomorrow, so please be sure to check in for our last day of introductions. And remember, I will be live on Instagram tonight at 8pm EDT to answer any questions you might have about today's introductions.
