Introducing The Rainbow Love Die & Additions To The Rainbow Bundles Collection

Good afternoon, everyone! How about a surprise rainbow release? We have one die and four more rainbow bundles for you to enjoy today. Let's chat about how this collection came to be.

A few months ago, Jennifer Mcguire and I got together for lunch. She told me how much she loves stitching hearts and rainbows and how much she would love to merge the two. She also said she had been working with some new color combos she really enjoyed and wondered if we would be willing to offer them as bundles. Well, I love Jennifer to pieces and I was more than happy to get to work! So we have a new die (it's even a special new heart shape for those of you looking for something different) and four new color bundles to share!

The Rainbow Love Die will retail for $38. Rainbows bring a smile to nearly everyone's faces. The bright colors and natural wonder lift spirits far and wide. This heart die features a colorful rainbow stripe to give your projects an even more cheerful touch. Use these dies to bring someone a little happiness and let them know how much you love them.

The four new palettes include Muted, Neutral, Rosy, and Vivid!

The Muted Rainbow Bundle showcases some of our duskier tones. It includes Rendezvous, Geranium, Sunflower, Grove, Tide Pool, Thistle, and Tundra felt along with their coordinating threads.

The Neutral Rainbow Bundle is meant to represent the many beautiful skin tones found throughout the world. It includes Peach Puff, Chai, Barley, Gingersnap, Walnut, Truffle, and Tundra felt along with a skein of each of the coordinating threads.

The Rosy Rainbow Bundle includes a warm spectrum of pinks, oranges, and yellow. It includes Mixed Berry, Rendezvous, Ripe Raspberry, Coral Reef, Clementine, and Daffodil felt and thread.

And finally, the Vivid Rainbow Bundle embraces bright and cheerful colors. This one includes Rouge, Monarch, Daffodil, Limeade, Calypso, Amethyst, Tundra felt and thread.

Each bundle will retail for $55 and we will be restocking these regularly. They do not include any embellishments, but we have a wide array of Color Stories that do if you're looking to add some sparkle.

Now that I've shared all of the new goodies, let's get to a few projects!

I wanted to make a few ornaments, but I wanted to use both a new Rainbow Bundle as well as two of the earlier palettes.

This is the Classic Rainbow Bundle plus Glacier. Each of the Bundles comes with a roll of Tundra, but I wanted to try one of my projects with a more colorful background. I also added a few sequins (these are from the Sweet Pea Color Story) for added interest.

On the back, I added a greeting using the Conversation Hearts Messages Die. 

This heart uses the Pastel Rainbow Bundle. I stayed with the colors in the Bundle, but then I added sequins from the Sugarplum Color Story for a touch of sparkle.

I made this one for Tilly, so I added her monogram to the back using the Banner Builder Alphabet. I used Pixie for the letter (it's one of the colors in the bundle). I stuffed both of these ornaments with quilt batting, so they're slightly flatter than if I had used Polyfil.

And finally, I did a third ornament using the new Muted Rainbow Bundle. I stuffed this one with Polyfil to make it a little chubbier and I really love it. It's so cute looking all plumped up and squishy!

On the back I used another greeting from the Conversation Hearts Messages Die. The Chocolate Box Messages Die also includes sentiments that would be great! I also embellished with sequins and beads from the Spring Fling Color Story.
