Introducing Our Guest Creators, This Year's Color Story Lineup, and More!

Each Color Story includes five rolls of 100% wool felt measuring 5"x36." The felt won't pill or lose vibrancy over time. It die cuts beautifully and gives your projects a luxurious feel. 

Also included are five skeins of matching 6-strand cotton thread to take the guesswork out of your creative time.

You also receive a carefully curated assortment of seed beads and sequins in a handy storage box. The box is durable, but with easy access so you can take your projects on the go without the hassle of juggling plastic baggies full of embellishments. Each color of sequins also comes in two sizes to give you extra versatility with your designs. These Color Stories are designed to make getting creative effortless and joyful!

Again, the Color Stories retail for $55 each. All of the individual colors are available as individual rolls for $7.25 each.

The Polka Dot Stocking Details Die (retails for $22) coordinates with our previously released All Bundled Up Stocking Die (available separately for $50).

Few patterns are as playful as polka dots and with the Polka Dot Stocking Details Die you can add those jaunty spots of color to your All Bundled Up Stockings in a snap! This die includes a shaped placement die for easy alignment and polka dots in four sizes. All you need is one new accessory to reinvigorate an old favorite.

We're also debuting the Stripe Mitten Details Die (retails for $22) that coordinates with our All Bundled Up Mitten Die (available separately for $38).

Add cheerful stripes to your All Bundled Up Mitten Die using this stripe detail die! Create brightly colored banding to dress up your mittens for the holiday season and beyond. This die includes a shaped placement die, three stripes, and a thumb to make it easy to incorporate plenty of eye-catching color.

I love that Larissa showed how beautifully some of our holiday dies can work together. I hadn't even thought to use the Peppermint Twist Die with the All Bundled Up Stocking, but you'd better believe I'm keeping that idea in my back pocket for holiday gifts this year! I've also been enjoying these new dies. I truly appreciate how adding a couple of new dies can give me so many more design options with dies I already love.

I did a mitten and stocking set with each new Color Story so I could really get a feel for the colors and how they work together.

First up, let's look at the Fairy Floss set. I can't get over how soft and peaceful this palette is. It's almost like everything has been frosted.

I like personalizing ornaments for my recipients, but sometimes it pays to have a few "blanks" ready in case I decide at the last minute to give someone a gift. I chose to keep the stocking free of an initial for that very purpose.

I used the new Polka Dot Stocking Details die to add the fun pattern and then embellished with a handful of sparkling sequins and beads. I also decided to stuff it with polyfil to give it a more fluffy appearance.

The mitten, on the other hand, is spoken for. I decorated the front with the Stripe Mitten Details Die and then left the back open for a Monogram Alphabet initial and a Keepsake Dates year.

And, as always, a touch of sparkle from some beads and sequins. I chose to use quilt batting to stuff this one. That way, it has some fluff, but it's a little more slim than the stuffed version.

The Jubilee Color Story is next!

These colors surprised me. I'm not typically drawn to really bright or bold colors right off the bat, but this Color Story was so much fun to use! I also think it will be perfect for anyone making teen or tween projects.

My nieces' favorite colors are all included in this palette which is why I made these two ornaments just for them.

I used the Stripe Mitten pattern on both sides of this mitten, so I decided to stitch my Monogram Alphabet letter right over top of the stripes on the front. When adding a pattern to two sides of an ornament, just use the "wrong" side out on the back. Because it's felt and it's so forgiving, there really isn't a bad side, so it looks great!

I went for a color blocking effect on the stocking. The heels, toes, and cuffs are ideal for this and making the polka dots all one color keeps the design from feeling too busy. A few touches of sparkle and this ornament was complete!

Now how about taking a peek at the Make Merry set!

Here's a contrast to that last stocking. On this one, I used the Make Merry palette to create a colorful polka dotted pattern, but then introduced Tundra trim pieces to tone things down (just enough).

I swear I have seen stockings in stores the past several years with a similar polka dot pattern. Now I can easily make my own!

This one will go to my nephew. I added his initial with the Monogram Alphabet. I hope he likes it!

The mitten incorporates plenty of color on the stripes, so I decided to leave my thumb the same color as the base. I love that I have the flexibility to add more color or not depending on my mood. This is another stuffed ornament and it's got a nice poof to it.

And, finally, I have my Rich Tradition set.

I fell in love with these colors right away (side note: if you purchased the Beautiful Bells Kit this summer, this palette will coordinate nicely) and decided to make myself an ornament.

I don't often claim them like that, but I couldn't help myself. I added some sparkle to both sides and added the year to the cuff on the back.

The mitten I created for a couple in my family. For some reason, these colors are giving me "wizardy" vibes and these two are big fans. So I decided they might like an ornament in these colors.

On the back I used both of their initials as well as the ampersand from the Accessory Numerals set. I also added the year to the cuff.

Boy, oh, boy! There has been a lot to see today!
