Christmas In July Release Details & FAQ
Hey, everyone! I understand that a whole lot of information has been shared in the past couple of days, so I wanted to give a CliffsNotes version here in case anyone would find that helpful.

When is the release?
The release is Friday, July 3rd at Noon Eastern time (I will set up a countdown on Instagram the morning of the release for anyone that might find that helpful).
What new products are being released and how much are they?
From Day 1:
Includes 4 dies.
The frame measures 4” wide by 5” tall and accommodates a 2” wide by 3” tall photo or artwork.
Picture Frame Extras Die (retails for $32)
Includes eight dies. The small frame measures 2 ⅜” wide by 3 ⅜” tall. The zig-zag embroidered frame measures just under 3 ½” wide by just under 4 ½” tall. The teardrop embroidered frame measures 3 ⅗” wide by 4 ⅗” tall. The vine design measures 2 ¼” wide by 3 ⅛” tall. The fully assembled poinsettia measures 1 ¼” wide by just under 1 ½” tall.
Conifer Dot Felt (half roll retails for $6, full roll retails for $11)
5" x 18" or 5" x 36" roll of wool felt.
Glacier Dot Felt (half roll retails for $6, full roll retails for $11)
5" x 18" or 5" x 36" roll of wool felt.
Candy Cane Express: Engine Die (retails for $38)
Includes 13 dies.
The engine itself measures 5 ¼” wide by just over 4 ¼” tall (the wheels may add height). The window opening measures just over 1 ¼” wide by just under 1 ½” tall. The large wheel measures just under 1 ¾” in diameter. The small wheel measures 1” in diameter. The bow measures just under 1” wide by ⅞” tall.
Candy Cane Express: Cargo Car Die (retails for $38)
Includes 14 dies. The cargo car itself measures 4” wide by 1 ⅞” tall. The gifts filler measures 4” wide by 2 ⅗” tall. The Christmas tree filler measures 4 ¼” wide by 1 ½” tall. The peppermint is ⅞” in diameter. The wheels measure 1” in diameter.
Includes ten dies. The passenger car itself measures 4 ⅗” wide by just under 3 ½” tall. The window openings measure just under 1” wide by 1 ¼” tall. The wheels measure 1” in diameter.
North Pole Die (retails for $32)
Includes eleven dies. The fully assembled North Pole Sign measures 3 ⅛” wide by 5 ¼” tall.
Santa Delivery Details Die (retails for $8)
Includes four dies. The script “Santa” measures just over 2 ¾” wide by 1” tall. The Christmas tree stamp measures just over ¾” wide by 1” tall.
Includes seven dies. The fully assembled tree measures 4 ¾” wide and deep by just under 6 ½” tall.
Small Tabletop Tree Die (retails for $20)
Includes seven dies. The fully assembled tree measures just over 3 ½” wide and deep by just over 4 ¾” tall.
Homespun Holiday: Evergreen Kit (retails for $140)
Includes 18 dies.
The ornament measures 3 ⅞” wide by 4 ½” tall. The scalloped circle frame measures just over 2 ¾” in diameter with a 2” circular opening. The solid band measures just over 3 ⅞” wide by 1 ⅛” tall. The indent band measures 3 ⅞” wide by 2 ⅛” tall. Indent ovals measure just under 1” wide by 1 ½” tall.
Vintage Starburst Sequin Mix (retails for $4)
Approximately 15g of assorted starburst sequins packaged in a clamshell package.

What is a "Details" Die?/Why isn't the outline of my shape cutting?
Details Dies are accessory dies that coordinate with one of our Basics Dies (Basic Egg, Basic Heart, Basic Star, Basic Butterfly, and a few others). These dies only cut the details of that particular design, not the outline of the Basic shape. Details Dies often include shaped base plates to help with placement, but they do not have an outer cutting edge. You need the coordinating Basic for these dies to function completely.
What if everything sells out?
All items will all be restocked as soon as possible. There will not be a preorder for the individual dies. I will send a newsletter when everything is available again. If you want to be notified of a restock, please sign up on the product page or for our newsletter. You can do that on our homepage in the bottom right corner.
Do you take backorders or have a waiting list?
No, but you can sign up to receive restock notifications. You will be notified as soon as we have more stock available.
Are there videos for all of the new products?
No, just for the Homespun Holiday Kits. With very rare exception I only produce instructional videos for the full kits. It's one of the ways we differentiate between the stand-alone dies and the value in a kit. Some of the stand-alone dies do include an Inspiration Guide with design ideas and/or diagrams and instructions though. We also have a weekly live series on YouTube on which we stitch different dies in real time so you can see how they come together.
A die I ordered says it comes with a video, but I didn't get my access email.
In order for the access emails to deliver properly you have to be signed up for the newsletter. That said, if you aren't subscribed or if it still didn't come through, please email customer service for assistance. Please note: there is a delay on responses right now, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
When are giveaway winners announced?
Tomorrow morning at 9am ET there will be a blog post announcing our winners. Winners must contact customer service to claim their prize (within 30 days).
Will the retired kits be restocked?
We do not have any plans to restock the retired items at this time. The current kits will be restocked as soon as we have all of the elements back in stock. The current kits are Snowy Friends (retires at the end of September 2026) and the upcoming Evergreen Kit.
I forgot something I wanted to order. Can you add it?
If you forgot something from your order you're going to have to order it separately. I'm afraid I cannot add something for you after checkout. For your safety and mine, I do not have access to your payment information. I do my best to combine orders and refund shipping, but if enough time has lapsed between orders we may not catch the subsequent order(s).
How long will it take my order to ship?
We do everything we can to get orders out the door as quickly as possible, but we are a very small operation so please be patient. Orders will start shipping on Monday and we're anticipating having everything shipped out by mid-week. I’ll be waiting to put the kit along with some other new items in my cart. The Christmas items are great and I can see utilizing parts of them to use with other dies I have in my collection.
